Introduction

The password reset tool allows you to reset your alumnimail password if you have forgotten it.

You can choose from the following methods:

• SMS text message to a mobile phone
• Message sent to an alternate email address
• Microsoft Authenticator app

When you set this up, a security code will be sent to you which you use to verify your identity on the password reset web page.

Instructions

1. Log into your account at alumnimail.utoronto.ca.
2. Click on your user icon in the top right and choose View Account.
3. Click on the Security info link at the left.
4. Click Add method to add a new method.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose the method from the pull-down menu in the window that appears.
6. Follow the instructions to set up the method you have chosen.
