If you did not set up the password reset options in the original setup article - Set up your new UT alumnimail account (UTORmail decommissioning), you will need to do this first.
- Go to alumnimail.utoronto.ca. On the Sign-in screen, click Can't access your account?
- On the next screen choose Work or school account.
- Then, enter your email address and complete the captcha field. Click Next.
- Enter the code on your Authenticator app or sent to your mobile phone or alternate email. (Note: Screenshot is from Authenticator app).
- Choose a new password and enter it into both fields. Click Finish.
- You will see a confirmation message that your password has been reset.
