Introduction

Sharing calendars outside of UTmail+ is limited to view only. Note that this will only work for those using a Microsoft 365 account. UTORmail users will not be able to view the calendar as the service is email only.

Instructions

To share your calendar through Outlook Web Access (OWA), follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots beside your Calendar and select Sharing and permissions.
   
   
   
   
2. In the Sharing and permissions window that appears, type the email address you wish to share the calendar with.
   
   
   
   
3. Set the sharing permissions level from the drop-down menu and click Share.
